Culture Eats Strategy For Breakfast

Management expert Peter Drucker maintained that a company’s culture has a greater impact on its success than its business strategy does, a point he illustrated with the maxim, “Culture eats strategy for breakfast.” Furthermore, Drucker believed that unless employees are passionate about their work, or believe in their organization’s mission, then it will be impossible to implement organizational change.
